开发者 / Developer: Yang Zhi 客服 / Support: 1265728251@qq.com StorageGo 是适用于 iOS 18 或更新版本 iPhone 的相册整理工具。 扫描、浏览、选择和首页容量摘要免费；删除、压缩、Live Photo 转静态及详细分析需要 Pro。 常见问题 1. 相册不显示：请在 iOS 设置中检查 StorageGo 的照片权限。有限访问只展示已授权素材。 2. 云端素材读取失败：请确认网络及 iCloud 照片状态，返回应用重试。无需下载整个 iCloud 图库。 3. 购买或恢复：在 StorageGo 设置中选择恢复购买；确认当前 Apple 账户与原购买账户一致。订阅可在 Apple 账户的订阅设置管理或取消。卸载应用不会取消订阅。 4. 删除与释放空间：删除会经过系统确认，并可能同步到其他使用 iCloud 照片的设备；空间释放还取决于系统“最近删除”等机制。显示的原件容量不等于立即释放的设备空间。 5. 压缩与转换：新素材成功保存后才能单独决定是否删除原件。压缩效果随素材和设置而异。 反馈请说明 iPhone 型号、iOS 版本、StorageGo 版本和操作步骤。不要发送密码、付款信息或私密照片；截图请先遮盖个人信息。 StorageGo is a photo-library organizer for iPhone running iOS 18 or later. FAQ • Missing photos: Check StorageGo's Photos permission in iOS Settings. Limited access only displays authorized media. • iCloud media: Check your connection and iCloud Photos status, then retry. The app does not download your entire iCloud library. • Purchases: Restore purchases in StorageGo Settings using the original Apple account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. • Deletion: System confirmation is required; deletions may sync to other iCloud Photos devices. Original file sizes do not guarantee immediately available device storage. • Processing: Outputs are saved before you can separately choose to delete originals. Compression results vary.
