This Privacy Policy explains how Support URL Generator ("we", "our", "the Service") handles information. We aim to keep data collection minimal and transparent.

• Support Pages (Free & Premium): We store the support page configuration you submit (e.g. app name, support email, custom text, icon metadata if uploaded).
• Contact / Support Form (Premium): Messages submitted through your hosted support form are processed and relayed to the destination email you configured. We temporarily hold the message for transmission.
• Basic Technical Logs: We may log IP address, timestamps, and minimal request metadata for security/abuse prevention. We do not build behavioral profiles.

2. Hosted Contact Form

When an end user fills your Premium support form, we send the message to your configured email via our mail service provider. We do not sell message content. Message content may be retained briefly in transient logs for delivery diagnostics.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use invasive tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels. If we introduce optional analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.

4. Data Retention

• Support page configuration: retained while your page is active.
• Form relay logs: typically purged within 30 days (or sooner) unless needed for abuse prevention.

5. Data Sharing

We only share data with essential infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly to operate the Service. We do not sell or rent your data.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; however, no system is perfectly secure. Report any vulnerability via the contact page.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your support page configuration by contacting us. Provide proof of control over the associated email.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
